Nameframe (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a brand of Yellow Lab Creations LLC, a South Carolina limited liability company. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect when you visit nameframe.co or place an order, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. We’ve tried to write it in plain English. If anything’s unclear, contact us and we’ll explain.
Who we are
The website nameframe.co is owned and operated by Yellow Lab Creations LLC. Our mailing address and contact details are at the end of this policy.
Information we collect
We collect information in three ways: directly from you, automatically when you use the site, and from third parties who help us run the business.
Information you give us directly:
- Order information — your name, shipping address, email, phone number, and the details of what you’re ordering (the name to engrave, its meaning, the photo you upload, your wood choice).
- Payment information — handled by our payment processor (Stripe). We don’t see or store your full card number. We do receive a token, a partial card number, the billing ZIP, and the result of the transaction.
- Communications — the content of any messages you send us through the contact form, email, or social media.
- Email signup — if you join our mailing list, your email address and the source of the signup.
Information we collect automatically when you visit the site:
- Device and browser data — IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, screen size, language.
- Usage data — pages viewed, links clicked, referring URL, time on site, products designed.
- Cookies and similar technologies — see our Cookie Policy for the full list and your controls.
Information we receive from third parties:
- Payment confirmation and risk signals from Stripe.
- Advertising and analytics data from platforms like Google, Meta, Pinterest, and TikTok when you arrive from one of their ads or interact with our content there.
- Shipping data from USPS (tracking events tied to your order).
