Each Nameframe is handcrafted to order in Indian Land, South Carolina. Here’s what to expect when you order.
Production time
Because every frame is made to order and personalized, please allow 3–5 business days for us to craft your piece before it ships. We’ll email you when your order is on its way.
Shipping methods & cost
We ship via USPS. Shipping cost is shown at checkout based on your order and destination. We aim to keep shipping fair and as close to actual cost as possible.
Transit time
Once shipped, domestic USPS delivery typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location. Production time (above) is in addition to transit time.
Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. We don’t ship internationally yet.
Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships so you can follow it to your door.
Delivery issues
If a package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, contact us through our contact form or email [email protected] and we’ll work with the carrier to make it right (see also our Return & Refund Policy).
Address accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We’re not able to reroute or replace packages sent to an address entered incorrectly, though we’ll always try to help.
